Dallas - EI04 Cabinet Network Outage

We are currently investigating a network issue affecting customers in our EI04 cabinet in Dallas.
Preliminary checks indicate that we may have lost a top-of-rack switch in that cabinet. We have spare hardware available on-site, and a technician is being dispatched to the cabinet to assess the issue.
Spare hardware is available on-site if the TOR switch cannot be recovered, but recabling will take some time if that is the case.

The firmware upgrade seems to have resolved the line card errors and brought the TOR switch back into a stable state.
This switch will be scheduled for replacement, a scheduled maintenance notification for that will be sent at a later date.
