We are aware of intermittent packet loss affecting our Dallas datacenter and are actively monitoring the situation.
One of our upstream carriers is currently dealing with large DDoS attacks, which is impacting our available capacity and causing intermittent packet loss.
Our network team has been rerouting traffic across alternative transit providers as necessary to reduce impact and maintain stability.
